Villa Giulia

The villa is spread across the ground floor and offers spacious private areas. Guests have access to four elegantly furnished bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 190 cm) located upstairs. There are three fully equipped bathrooms and a large kitchen with a dining table and a traditional wood-fired oven, while the living area features comfortable leather sofas. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the laundry room in the basement.

The outdoor areas are always well maintained and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. A large table surrounded by chairs makes the outdoor dining area even more inviting, ideal for gatherings on summer evenings. The garden covers more than 1,800 m² and includes various fruit trees, olive trees, and aromatic plants such as sage, rosemary, and mint. The garden and the swimming pool (7 × 14 m) are fenced and reserved exclusively for guests. There are also two built-in barbecues, table tennis, and parking available.

In 2025, a new heated hot tub (5 seats) was added, available for use year-round. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday in the heart of Tuscany.

The villa is located between Siena and Florence, in peaceful countryside on the outskirts of San Gimignano (SI). The road leading to the villa is unpaved but well maintained, so a car is necessary to reach the property and move around the area. The two nearest tourist destinations, both about 6 km away, are San Gimignano and Certaldo. Florence Airport is 60 km away and Pisa Airport 80 km away.
